Tar Heels step up for NFL Pro Day
The North Carolina Tar Heels finished their most recent season with an 8-3 record which has caused a stir among the ACC. But now head coach Mack Brown will have to replace some key pieces to his arsenal with their eminent departure.
Brown recently watched that top talent vie for the attention of NFL scouts and coaches as they worked out during the school's recent Pro Day. "They can leave here with a tremendous amount of pride because they came into a program that had won five games in two years and they're leaving with a program, that in some areas, will be rated in the top-10," Brown said.
Javonte Williams, Charlotte native Dyami Brown along with Chazz Surratt, Michael Carter and Dazz Newsome showcased their skills for all but one NFL team in efforts to make it on to a roster next season and continue their gridiron careers.
